ADDENDUM NO. 1 Issue Date: September 10, 2026 Invitation for Bids – Magnolia Cove Subdivision Road Improvement Project IFB No: 27-1003 To: All Potential Respondents The Invitation for Bids (IFB) is modified as set forth in this Addendum No. 1. The original IFB documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the IFB. Respondent shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its Bid Response. Catawba County is issuing this Addendum to provide IFB clarifications and an Amended Bid Form. Clarifications: 1. Catawba County is extending the bid due date for this bid to September 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET. 2. The following items have been added to the scope of work for this project: • • • 3. 120 curb cracks will be repaired by saw and seal 100 feet of concrete curb replacement Mill asphalt 1 inch at 13 accessibility ramps and for 200 feet along the concrete gutter Catawba County has amended the Bid Form, and the amended Bid Form is included with this Addendum. Please use the amended Bid Form when submitting your bid response.
