CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, BID FORM, Page 00400-2, §1.5C.1 - Verification of Addenda Issuance: It is the responsibility of the Bidder to verify that they have received all addenda in respect to the project bid. It is recommended that the Bidder contact Calhoun’s project engineer (who is handling this bid) no later than 48 hours before the bid time to confirm the total number of addenda issued. Kurt T. All Bidders are responsible for indicating acknowledgement of each addendum issued with addendum number and date, where noted in the bid form. Failure to acknowledge all addenda in the bid form could constitute an incomplete and non-conforming bid which may or may not be read aloud. 2. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, BID FORM, Page 00400-5 – Alternative Bid Item: Base bid items will remain unchanged by this addendum. However, the Owner wishes to obtain add-on pricing for the Internal Tank Overflow and 12” Rubber Check Valve that were eliminated in the rebid modifications dated August 3, 2026. Contractor shall reference the strike-through details on Plan Sheets 6 and 7. A plan view depiction has also been attached to this document. A revised bid form will not be issued. Contractor should hand-write prices at the bottom of the “Alternate Bid Item” spreadsheet on page 00400-5 using the format below. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT, Page 0102515,16 – Miscellaneous Work Items: The following paragraphs shall be included under the Measurement and Payment section in their respective order. Any work beyond the 12” DI 90° bend (portions outside the tank) should be excluded for the lump sum price. Instead, those items will be eligible for payment using line items already established in the base bid (i.e. Item #13, 14, 15, 18, and 32). “7. Internal Tank Overflow: Measurement of the 12” DIP overflow assembly shall be measured on a lump sum basis.
