Question II received November 21, 2024 Specialized Cleaning as needed should be priced as an hourly rate and outside the scope Items 1 thru 6 are typical but should be itemized by area and with more detail. Question IV received November 21, 2024 I was told that the gymnasium is now used for special events and may not need daily cleaning – is there a way to be more specific about functions and usage level Reply IV The gymnasium is used on an irregular basis; however, the space will need to be checked daily as it is an open space for student use. The space is used for various functions such as career fairs, end of year celebrations, fundraising galas are among them. Usage depends on the function and can be anywhere from 20 to 400 guests.
