Kennebec Valley Community College 92 Western Avenue Fairfield, ME 04937 Competitive Bid Request for Proposal Commencement Audio and Visual Services Addendum I February 6, 2024 Question I received January 27, 2024 This seems to be the old RFP from years back over the past few years there have been changes. One big change I see is this is back to the single screen above the stage and over the past few years we have done it with 2 video walls one on either side of the stage. I will bid this for either but just want to make sure that this old set up is what you want? Also, another thing is we haven't done DVD sales for years as no one uses them anymore and since we started streaming this event it is always up for viewing on your youtube page. Not to say we can’t do it I just don’t think anyone would buy them anymore. I look forward to hearing back from you. Reply I Thank you for your question. Ideally, we would like to have one large screen above the stage. Last year, we chose to have two screens due to cost. We would like to continue offering DVD’s as keep sake items for families to purchase.
