Addendum question and answers 1. Is delivery a one time shipment? (regarding non food items) NO – We will try to minimize the number of orders but do to the size of our warehouse we can’t always take the full yearly amount at one time. 2. Can you only submit a bid when you have references with other CA school districts? We have done business with a few universities based in CA and school districts in other states, but not in CA, yet. We are interested in how you interact with other school districts in Ca. If you are based outside of California, hearing about any issues caused by being out of state first hand from a California school is important and required. 3. Bid submission is only via mail, correct? No, you can do email or via hard copy but hard copies must contain a drive with the excel spread sheet on it so we can upload for comparisons.
