Office of Procurement ADDENDUM #1 TO: Prospective Bidders FROM: Alisha Lewis, Interim Director of Procurement DATE: March 29, 2024 SUBJECT: UAPB A186-Athletic Website Service The following change(s) to the above-referenced RFP have been made as designated below: __X___Change of specifications (s) _____ Additional specification (s) __X___Change of bid opening time and date _____ Cancellation bid _____ Other (Clarification) Change of specification(s) Type of Contract A. As a result of this RFP, the Department intends to award a contract to a single contractor. . B. The anticipated starting date for any resulting contract is May 1, 2024, except that the actual contract date may be adjusted forward unilaterally by the State for up to three months. By submitting a signed proposal in response to the RFP, the Prospective Contractor represents and warrants that it will honor its proposal as being held open as irrevocable for this period. C. The initial term of a resulting contract will be for one (1) year. Upon mutual agreement by the Contractor and Department, the contract may be renewed by UAPB for up to three (3) additional one-year terms or portions thereof, not to exceed six (6) additional one-year terms or portions thereof, not to exceed a total aggregate contract term of seven (7) consecutive years.
