July 15, 2026 SUBJECT: FY27 Request for Proposals “Small Business Technical Assistance Grant Program – Capacity Building” Addendum and Amendment No. 1 To All Interested Parties: Please be advised that the above has been amended and/or clarified as follows: On page “7” of the above-referenced RFP, item “2. Approach/Methodology” is hereby amended and clarified by deleting the language: “The Contractor should utilize information, including, but not limited to, data identified by the MassDevelopment and MassINC Polling Group’s Small Business Survey (CEE Small Business Survey Presentation)” And replacing it with the below language: “The Contractor should utilize information, including, but not limited to the Small Business Survey developed by Coalition for an Equitable Economy and administered by MassINC Polling Group in partnership with MassDevelopment. ( CEE Small Business Survey Jan 2026.pdf)” ALL ELSE REMAINS AS PREVIOUSLY STATED.
