The original RFP Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the RFP. Respondent shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its Proposal. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE The Schedule of Events deadlines has been modified as noted herein, change and replace the deadlines stated in the RFP. Section 1.2 Schedule of Events (Page 3) with the following: Question Deadline: Friday, March 11, 2022 by 12:00PM EST Addendum/Response to Questions: Monday, March 14, 2022 Proposal Due Date Wednesday, March 16, 2022 by 12:00PM EST Potential Date for Presentation: March 21 – 25, 2022 1.0 – RFP Item Section Description of Modification/Change 1.2 Schedule of Events The dates and times of the Schedule of Events has been modified/changed to the following: Question Deadline: Friday, March 11, 2022 by 12:00PM EST Addendum/Response to Questions: Monday, March 14, 2022 Proposal Due Date Wednesday, March 16, 2022 by 12:00PM EST Potential Date for Presentation: March 21 – 25, 2022 2.0 – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The following questions and answers are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the RFP. To the extent that changes to the RFP are required based on the questions received, the RFP has been modified as noted above in the RFP section of this Addendum. What is their expected involvement of them during the strategic planning process? Answer: Including the president, six individuals serve as part of the executive cabinet and several vice presidents over operational units.
