Item Questions and Answers 1. Other than GIS, what water system records are available for review of the existing systems (as-built, record mapping, design drawings, proposed projects, etc.)? To the extent that record drawings from both infrastructure and development projects are available, they can be provided to the selected Consultant upon request. 2. What system information is currently available in the GIS mapping (diameter, material, install date, meter locations, FH id numbers, etc.)? What is the percent complete? Piping (diameter, material, install date, fire hydrants) is approximately 95% complete, meter locations are approximately 75% complete. 3. Can the County provide parameters for the emergency/outage scenario analysis for the water model? Does the County have an assumed number of emergency scenarios to be evaluated? The County has not explicitly defined a fixed number of emergency or outage scenarios within Task 3, nor has it established a prescribed minimum quantity for evaluation.
