The original Bid Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Bid Documents. Vendors will take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a bid and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Bid Documents. BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE The bid submittal time has not been changed. 1.0 – ATTACHMENTS Item Description 2.0 – CLARIFICATIONS The following clarifications are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the Bid Documents. Item Description 3.0 – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The following questions and answers are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the Bid Documents. Item Questions and Answers Question: Will the County provide the vector CAD files for General, Water, and Sewer details as shown in the attached file? Response: The County does not have CAD files of standard details. Question: Is the County willing to give an order of magnitude estimate of available funding for the requested efforts? Previous Q&A indicates that there are areas where the actual scope of work is TBD, leaving some uncertainty in proposal development. Response: The County is not able to provide this information. In accordance with the proposal documents. Question: Is AutoCAD the only CAD software that the County will accept for the final product? Response: AutoCAD is not the only software the County will accept for development of the detail sheets. However, the final deliverable must be provided as AutoCAD-format (.dwg) files. You may use Bentley MicroStation or another CAD platform for production, provided you export to DWG (AutoCAD 2024 version or later) for submittal. The exported files must open in AutoCAD without errors, missing references, or proxy objects, so please test them in AutoCAD or Autodesk DWG TrueView before delivery. Levels should be mapped to layers using a mapping table agreed upon with the County, and each sheet should export as a paper space layout at the correct scale with the title block intact.
