The original Proposal Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Proposal Documents. Vendors will take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a Proposal and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Proposal Documents. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE The Proposal submittal time has not been changed. 1.0 – ATTACHMENTS Item Description 2.0 – CLARIFICATIONS The following clarifications are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the Proposal Documents. Item Description The solicitation states that the budget is $1,927,861.25. Does this budget include the construction cost? 1 As stated in the RFP, the total funding authority for this contract is $1,927,861.25. Funding authority is what we are legally permitted to obligate and should not be conflated with the budget for this project. Consistent with a qualifications-based selection (QBS) process, the consultant will be selected based on demonstrated qualifications, experience, and technical merit, with cost negotiated with the highest-ranked firm following selection. No specific budget or target price was disclosed to offerors during the selection phase; the negotiated contract price will be established within the funding authority identified above. Update of information provided in Addendum 2: Section 8: Technical Proposal Required Information 2 Please change the email address provided for Ed Welch to purchasing@worcestermd.gov . Clarification regarding Section 8.E, Subcontractor Commitment.
