CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE COLVILLE RESERVATION (CCT) Environmental Trust Pre-Engineered Metal Building & Site Improvements Addendum #3 September 2, 2026 The CCT hereby issues Addendum No. 3 for the Environmental Trust Pre-Engineered Metal Building and Site Improvements Project. To all prospective Bidders for the said Project, for which Bids are to be received by the CCT on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 3:00PM (PST), all Bidders must acknowledge the addendum by signing, dating and providing a copy within their submitted bid/proposal. 1. 2.15 - Bonds Add: If allowable and the Colville Tribes chooses to select a Contractor that cannot provide bonding, then the Colville Tribes will retain 20% of the contract price until verified that the Contractor has satisfied all obligations in relation to the contract. 2. Question: Will the Tribe consider substitution requests? Answer: Yes, the Tribe will consider substitution requests, but is not obligated to accept substitutes in the award of the contract.
