The original Proposal Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Proposal Documents. Vendors will take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a Proposal and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Proposal Documents. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE The Proposal submittal time has not been changed. 1.0 – ATTACHMENTS Item Description 2.0 – CLARIFICATIONS The following clarifications are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the Proposal Documents. Item Description Please confirm the number of unbound original and bound copies to be submitted. One unbound original and three bound copies of the proposal documents shall be submitted as follows: 1 All copies of the Proposal Documents and any other documents required to be submitted with the Proposal Documents shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope. The envelope will be addressed to the Worcester County Commissioners and will be identified with the project name: RFP – MD-611 Shared Use Path and the Vendor’s name and address. If the Proposal Documents are sent by mail, the sealed envelope will be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation “SEALED PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED” on the face thereof. Proposals must be mailed or hand carried to the Worcester County Administration Office, 1 West Market Street, Room 1103, Snow Hill, MD 21863, in order to be received prior to the announced proposal deadline. Proposals received after July 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. or delivered to the wrong location will be returned to the Vendor unopened. Update to Addendum 2, Section 2. E.e.ii: Consultant Services Required -Lighting 2 Photometric lighting analysis is required at intersections with public roads and commercial driveways. The consultant will evaluate whether lighting deficiencies contribute to safety concerns at each intersection.
