ADDENDUM NUMBER 3 Anderson Regional Joint – Tank Mtc Bid Documents For Anderson Regional Joint Water System 1. Revisions a. One of the eligible potential bidders had questions concerning cementitious build back/repairs for the concrete tanks. We have not identified any large quantities of damaged cement in our inspections completed last year, and just recently this past week. There will be small cementitious repairs on each tank during the rehab process, and potentially over the 7-year period of the proposed contract. All cementitious repairs would be performed with either Tnemec’s 215 or 217 based on the need. Please include repair coverage of 500 square feet, to your bid totals, of cementitious repair for each concrete tank over the 7-year period. Please also provide a cost per square foot for any additional repairs over 500 square feet. Do not include the cost per square foot over 500 square feet to your total bid. This will be a placeholder for any additional repairs needed for CO requests. An updated bid form is included in this Addendum. b. Armory Tank i. The riser column is 72” diameter, not 48”. ii. There are eight (8) legs, not five (5). iii. The leg column diameters are 30”, not 24”. c. Hampton Tank i. There is not a dry riser on this tank. 2. Conclusion a.
