Could you please provide additional details on the specific factors and their relative importance that the county will consider in determining the most qualified bidder and best value? Understanding these criteria will help us tailor our proposal to align with the county's priorities and ensure we address all relevant aspects of the evaluation. The criteria (specific factors) that Troup County will evaluate for each Bid Proposal (Company) are the following: Price, Experience, Conformance with the Scope of Work, Warranties, etc. No more information is available. I am writing to confirm when you state with Submittal Packet on a couple occasions in addendum do you mean with our bid or with submittal packet after the project is awarded. When I refer to “Submittal Packet” in previous Addendum, I am referring to your Bid Proposal Packet. Per the “Invitation to Bid”, please make sure you include all required items/forms/documents/bonds/specifications/etc. within your sealed proposal packet.
