Addendum #2 to Requests for Expressions of Interest For a Master Plan at Shepherd University October 1, 2026 Q1. Can the due date for the Expressions of Interest be extended? A1. Shepherd University has new administration that began July 1, 2026. At this time, Shepherd University is working on a new strategic plan. The Master Plan solicitation is going to be canceled at this time. A new solicitation will be issued when the new strategic plan has been developed and can be provided within the new Master Plan Expressions of Interest solicitation. This will enable the information provided in the Solicitation document to be more thorough, the respondents to have a clearer outcome, and the award and results of the new master plan to be the plan moving forward for the institution.
