Item Questions and Answers 1 2 Invitation for bids states Bid Opening October 1, 2026. Page 1 of Specification states Bid Opening is October 10th, 2026. When is bid opening? October 1, 2026, at 2 p.m. (corrected bid documents attached) Is a Bid Bond Required? Specs page 25 requires Performance and Payment Bonds, but we can't find any requirement for Bid Bonds, which is unusual for Public Bids. Is a Bid Bond required? No bid bond is required for this project, but both performance & payment bonds are required. END OF ADDENDUM
