Please clarify if the building will be 80'50' or 75'x50' • Building Should be 80 x 50 2. The scope document says, "Radiant Tube in workshop and Heat Pump with electric back-up in office area", however, Addendum 1 says "radiant in entire building". Please clarify. • Radiant Tube heat in workshop only 3. Is the Heat Pump required to be an LG? • Heat Pump can be of a different manufacturer; however, it should be sized appropriately for the spacing and must have a minimum HSPF2 rating of 8.1 . 4. Will the downspouts terminate at ground level, or will they be tied into an underground drainage system? • Downspouts to terminate at ground level. 5. Will there be kitchen counters in the break room, or just a sink cabinet? • Kitchen Counters should be provided in the break room, this should include a sink, base cabinets and at least 8’ of finished counter space. 6. Do you want metal exterior door and the door between workshop and office and for all interior doors to be wooden? • Exterior doors should be steel insulated, painted to match, interior door between shop and offices should be steel and rated for any applicable fire codes, interior doors should be steel uninsulated doors. Will there be ventilation in the workshop? • Unless otherwise stated in the IBC no ventilation is required. 8. Please clarify if the ceiling grid will be 2x4 or 2x2? • Ceiling Grid will 2x2 9. Is the Contractor responsible for concrete apron at all entrances, including the garage doors? • 4’x4’ concrete aprons to be installed in front of exterior man doors. 4’ apron should extend in front garage doors. 10. Do you want the two hose bibs on front and on back of the building? • A hose bib should be placed on the rear of the building in the vicinity of the Break room. The other to be placed in the workshop near the garage doors.
