All other terms and conditions of the referenced solicitation remain unchanged. QUESTION AND ANSWERS: 1. Can Is the 58’ long section of 60” steel casing shown below intended to be one piece? If not, are there specifications/procedures for joining multiple pieces of 60” steel casing via welding or other approved methods? Yes, the intent is for it to be one piece. The pipe may be joined by welding, unless alternative equivalent method is submitted by the contractor and approved by ARRC, prior to implementation.
