To all prospective Bidders for the said Project, for which Bids are to be received by the CCT on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 3:00PM (PST), all Bidders must acknowledge the addendum by signing, dating and providing a copy within their submitted bid/proposal. 1. Question: Service size is specified at 200A. Is this single phase 120/240v? Answer: Yes, a 120/240 single phase is acceptable. 2. Question: Interior and exterior lighting are both specified at 277v, however all LED lighting can be configured to 120v. Is 120v lighting acceptable? Answer: Yes, 120 volts is acceptable. Wall pack light fixtures must be at least 150 Watts. 3. Question: Are all building steel and panels Owner-furnished. Answer: Yes 4. Question: Are there any field-welding requirements in the Titan Steel drawings? Answer: No, the Titan PEMB buildings typically do not require welding. 5. Question: Who’s responsible for unloading, storage, crane and lifts? Answer: The Prime Contractor. 6. Question: The anticipated PEMB erection window is within the October 2026 through January 2027 performance period Answer: Yes 7. Question: Does the TERO registration, utilization-plan and licensing requirements apply specifically to a second-tier erection subcontractor? Answer: No, all subcontractors are required to submit a TERO Compliance and Utilization Form to the Prime Contractor. It is the Prime Contractor's responsibility to submit the Compliance and Utilization Form to the TERO department. Page 1 of 2 8. Question: Does the large shed that needs to be demolished contain hazardous materials? Answer: Yes, the shed contains lead paint. 9. Correction to Addendum #1: Window dimensions are 3’-0” x 4’-0” 10.
