In lieu of a bid bond, CATA shall accept a cashier’s or certified check to the amount of 5% of the total bid package. The check shall be delivered to CATA by the due date of the solicitation, Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 3PM. All bonds shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders following the close of the solicitation. All other requirements and specifications of bidding remain unchanged.
