The original Proposal Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Proposal Documents. Vendors will take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a Proposal and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Proposal Documents. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE The Proposal submittal time has not been changed. 1.0 – ATTACHMENTS Item Description 2.0 – CLARIFICATIONS The following clarifications are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the Proposal Documents. Item Description 1 Section 2.A.c: Consultant Services Required -DBE Please note that the DBE goal is 0% for this project. 2 Section 2.A.f: Consultant Services Required -Public Meetings Facilitation of up to two public meetings are included in this project for NEPA. 3 4 Section 2. E.e.ii: Consultant Services Required -Lighting Photometric lighting analysis is required at intersections with public roads and commercial driveways. The consultant will evaluate whether lighting deficiencies contribute to safety concerns at each intersection. As an example, recommendations may include adding or upgrading luminaires, improving crosswalk illumination, relocating light poles, or replacing outdated fixtures within the intersection influence area. If the evaluation identifies a need, the consultant will develop lighting improvements for those intersections. The evaluation does not include designing continuous street lighting between intersections or along adjacent roadway segments unless those segments directly affect intersection safety. Section 2. E.e.iii: Consultant Services Required -Signalization Pedestrian signal improvements for signalized intersections shall be evaluated only. If recommended, the proposed improvements will be forwarded to SHA for design consideration.
