Per this guidance, DPW desires that the following additional deliverables be included in the Scope of Service per Section 1.4.B.1.e.: • • Develop a non-federal wetland exemption application meeting USACE guidelines, and coordinate with USACE as needed. Develop a wetland mitigation plan to meet state (and federal, if applicable) wetland mitigation requirements for anticipated wetlands impacts associated with Sommers Drive area. Additionally, it has come to our attention that there have been some difficulties with accessing some of the links in the RFP.
