Addendum #2 Whitesville Road Soccer Complex – Expansion Project Artificial Sports Turf System – RFP (4/24/2025) Natural Grass Sports Turf System – RFP (4/24/2025) 1700 Whitesville Road, LaGrange, Ga 30240 Drainage Questions: 1. Where is the drainage for these fields to connect to or to be daylight? The field drainage system(s) shall be connected to the storm water drainage system surrounding the fields (a “detailed site plan with topo & drainage” will be provided via separate email and posted on the Troup County website). Please submit your field drainage plans as part of your Submittal Packet. 2. Are the fields drainage to be connected to each other or have individual drainage outs? The field drainage system(s) shall be connected to the storm water drainage system surrounding the fields (a “detailed site plan with topo & drainage” will be provided via separate email and posted on the Troup County website). Please submit your field drainage plans as part of your Submittal Packet. 3. Are flat drains required in this field? No, the field drainage system(s) shall be connected to the storm water drainage system surrounding the fields (a “detailed site plan with topo & drainage” will be provided via separate email and posted on the Troup County website). Please submit your field drainage plans as part of your Submittal Packet. 4. Is geo fabric required in these fields? No. 5. Will cleanouts be required in this drainage plan? No. 6. Will any nyloplast or concrete basins be required in this drainage plan? No. The field drainage system(s) shall be connected to the storm water drainage system surrounding the fields (a “detailed site plan with topo & drainage” will be provided via separate email and posted on the Troup County website). Please submit your field drainage plans as part of your Submittal Packet. 7. What offset from the curb is required for the collector pipe? No specific requirement. Please follow the instructions in the “Invitation To Bid”. Please submit your sealed proposal per the “Invitation To Bid”, which includes a detailed project proposal. o Will there be a scoring criteria or is this low bidder wins? Per the “Invitation To Bid”: The Owner reserves the right to award the project, as determined to be in the best interest of Troup County.
