To: All Bid/Contract Document Holders Contract C-8-25-WM From: Daniel Lyons, Executive Director Re: Addendum No. 1 Date: August 22, 2025 The Contract Documents (Project Manual) for Contract C-8-25-WM, the Webster Manor HVAC Upgrades project, are hereby revised as follows: 1. The following Addendum #1 prepared by the Project Engineer is hereby incorporated into the Contract Documents. 2. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. CONSULTING ENGINEERS ADDENDUM #1 Note: This Addendum shall be attached to and shall become part of the Contract Documents to the same extent as though it has been originally included therein. This Addendum is issued for the purpose of amending certain requirements of the Contract Documents and is hereby made part of and incorporated in full force as part of the Contract Documents. Unless specifically noted or specified otherwise, all work herein shall conform to the applicable provisions of the original Contract Documents. BIDDING DOCUMENTS, FORMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Delete FORM OF BID – WEBSTER MANOR HVAC UPGRADES - PAGE 1 OF 2 and PAGE 2 OF 2. The revised bid form attached herein shall be used. 2. Replace DOCUMENT 004113: BID FORM – STIPULATED SUM (MULTIPLE-PRIME CONTRACT) with the attached document. Two bid forms were combined into one for clarification. Bids will be evaluated upon the Alternate Bid prices, and not unit prices. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Progress payments will be made on a monthly basis for completed work and stored materials. Retainage of 10% will be withheld until 50% of the work is complete. At that point, retainage will be reduced to 5% until completion of project. 2. Delete para.1.03(A), Section 01000 SUMMARY, from the specifications. The units will be occupied during construction. 3. Replace Section 260519 LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL POWER CONDUCTORS AND CABLES with the attached section. Clarifications were made to material types. 4. Replace Section 262100 LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENTRANCE with the attached section. Clarifications were made to further define allowed methods of service entrance installation.
