Request for Bids (RFB) for North Pool Renovation for Project No: PW-2026-06 Addendum 1 Date: April 3, 2026 This Addendum shall become part of the RFB. The following provides additional information regarding the RFB issued on April 1, 2026. 1. Project Schedule: The Town will open both North and South Pools for the 2026 season. Construction is planned to take place in the off season. It is anticipated that the pools will close late August 2026 for construction to start. The pools will need to be complete and ready to reopen by mid-May 2027. 2. Project Budgets: The Town has budgeted $5.2 million for North Pool and ~$5.8 million for South Pool.
