The original Bid Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Bid Documents. Vendors will take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a bid and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Bid Documents. Item Description 3.0 – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The following questions and answers are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised about the Bid Documents. Item Questions and Answers While reviewing Section V, Approach, Experience, Staffing and Qualifications, we noticed that the lettered sub-sections skip from B (Staffing) directly to D (Example Projects), with no Section C appearing in either the Table of Contents or the body of Section V. 1 Could you please confirm whether Section C was intentionally omitted, or whether a sub-section was inadvertently left out of the document? If a Section C exists and should be included, we would appreciate guidance on its requirements so we can address it in our proposal. There is no Section C. Sections C and D combined in the RFP development into a single section. The paragraph multi-level listing and table of contents did not update correctly to show this combined section in Section C, rather it's shown as Section D.. END OF ADDENDUM
