ADDENDUM #1 RFP 27-001 RIDLING FIELD RENOVATION PHASE 3 This addendum is being issued to address questions for RFP 27-001: 1. Would the contractor be able to work directly with Hussey Gay Bell or would we need to provide our own design team? The contractor would be solely responsible for the development, preparation and submission of all plans, drawings and schematics. The contractor may make contact with Hussey Gay Bell at their own expense. 2. Will there be additional drawings provided by Hussey Gay Bell? The City of Commerce has not contracted with Hussey Gay Bell for any additional documentation with regards to the renovation of Ridling Park. 3. Are there any additional plans, specs or drawings available? The schematics provided in the RFP are the only documents available. It is the responsibility of the contractor intending to submit a proposal to prepare and submit any and all plans, specs and drawings for the project. 4. Please provide a map showing the location and layout for the 6’ tall black chain-link fence. The only maps available are provided in the RFP packet. Any contractor intending on submitting a proposal may go to the site and take measurements during regular business hours. However, questions regarding the placement of the fencing can be addressed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 6, 2026. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
