All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. In the event of a conflict between any provision of this Addendum and the RFP, this Addendum shall prevail. CHANGES TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DUE DATE The RFP is hereby amended to extend the deadline for submission of proposals as follows: Original Deadline: August 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time Revised Deadline: August 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time All proposals must be submitted no later than the revised deadline of August 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Proposals received after the revised deadline will be considered late and will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. II. SBCOG/LTA RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTED BY POTENTIAL PROPOSERS AND VOLUNTARY Q&A SESSION INFORMATION Due to the high volume of questions received from potential proposers, SBCOG/LTA will conduct a voluntary, virtual Question-and-Answer (Q&A) session to provide an opportunity for prospective firms to ask questions and receive clarification regarding the RFP. Following the Q&A session, SBCOG/LTA will issue a consolidated summary of the questions and responses. Previously submitted written questions, as well as questions raised during the Q&A session, will be grouped by topic and addressed in a general, consolidated format rather than as individual responses to each question. Participation in the Q&A session is voluntary.
