March 10, 2021 Addendum #1 Washougal School District Please note that this Addendum applies to RFP # RFP WSD-2021-e1 New documents have been posted to the web site reflecting the items below: 1. Due to E-RATE filing constraints, there will be no extensions granted for delivery of proposals. Proposals are due by 2:00:00pm PDT on March 12th, 2021. 2. Add the attached T101 and T201 drawing revisions showing the correct title block information. 4. Pre-Bid Conference questions. a. Section 2.02 of the RFP states Contract Work to be performed between 7/1/2021 – 6/1/2022 and Substantial Completion to be 6/1/2022. During the walkthrough it was expressed that the district wants to get this work done summer of 2021. Is the scheduling of the work to be at the contractors discretion prior to the published substantial completion date or who will determine when work actually happens? Scheduling will be by mutual agreement between the District and the Contractor. District anticipates moving forward with this project in July 2021 unless funding, or other issues, keep the project from starting. b. The RFP requires a performance bond be provided by the successful contractor. Is a bid bond required to be submitted with the bid as well? The District is not requiring a bid bond for this effort. A performance bond if required will be treated as a change order to the project successful bidder.
