IFB #04-26 Addendum #1 Date Issued: 4 This document hereby forms part of the original Invitation for bids marked “IFB #04-26 Surplus Vehicle” that was posted April 13, 2026 on the Town of Wilton’s Purchasing web page. Instructions: Each numbered entry indicates a specific change or clarification issued by the Town of Wilton in regard to the designated IFB that may significantly affect competition or otherwise fundamentally alter the bidding process for the surplus equipment for sale. Please read the instructions carefully and acknowledge understanding of any applicable addendums in a submitted bid package. 1. Page 2, Section 1 “Key Dates”: Change April 30th to May 8th @ 11:00 AM. Explanation: This date is in error. Bids will be accepted until May 8th at 11:00 AM. No bids will not be accepted thereafter. 2. Question: What if I submit a sealed bid that is otherwise qualified, but doesn’t include the minimum bid price? Answer: The minimum bid price is required to be considered a qualified submission. A lower amount would be considered disqualifying naturally in that case. Should no qualified bids be received be qualified, however, the Select Board has the right to reject all bids or accept deficiencies in pursuit of the most responsible action for the Town of Wilton.
