CENTRE AREA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY Exterior Painting IFB Addendum # 1 July 23, 2026 A clarification to the IFB in response to written inquiries from prospective proposers. 1. Could you please clarify if the painting process will consist of one (1) or two (2) coats? The number of coats must be dictated by the specifications of the bid paint, with consideration for the details of the project. The finished project will need to be approved by CATA for a professional and quality finish. It is the responsibility of the bidder to identify and recommend an appropriate solution. 2. In regard to whether Cybersecurity Liability insurance is a requirement for bidding: The Cybersecurity Liability requirement is a part of CATA’s standard clauses. As the work required by this project does not require access to computing systems, the Cybersecurity Liability should not be considered a requirement for bidding. 3. In regard to an Invitation Number on the Bond documents: There is no invitation number assigned to this bid. 4. In regard to the Bond documents: The only bond document required at time of submission is the bid bond. The payment and performance bonds are required for award.
