The original Proposal Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the Proposal Documents. Vendors will take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting a Proposal and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Proposal Documents. Item Questions and Answers Do we provide one spare pump per station? Per Specification Section 01 11 00 – 2, Item 1.2.C.10, Provide (1) additional spare 2hp Hydromatic Submersible grinder pump. What size hatches go on the valve vaults? The plans show two different sizes. Provide 36”x36” hatches for all valve vaults. Is the Omnisite Crystal Ball remote monitoring panel part of the items being provided by the county? See Section F of Specification Manual, Page 2, last Header entitled “Telephone Dialer – Cellular”.
