The concrete pad for the gas meter is to be eliminated from the Scope of Work. This work has been completed by South Windsor Schools. The fencing around the gas meter and electric service transformer remains in the Scope of Work. 2. On Drawing M-1, Mechanical Keynotes, Note #5: Change buried portion of underground gas piping from 2-1/2” to 2” SDR 11 “Gastite” type plastic gas pipe. Once inside the building, provide a 2” shutoff valve and increase pipe to 2-1/2” welded steel for the interior main gas header. (Note in specs the requirements for tracer wires, signage, etc. relative to underground gas piping.) +++++ END OF ADDENDUM No. 1 +++++
