Is there any known asbestos at the project site? a. If asbestos is found during the work, what measures are required and who is responsible for abatement and associated costs? If Asbestos is encountered Garrett County will be responsible for the removal and abatement to allow for pipe fitting. 2. What are the approved work hours for this project? a. M – F During Bank operating hours 3. Are there any building-access or noise restrictions? a. Garrett County will coordinate with the bank to ensure work can be completed as specified during “Business Hours”. 4. Please confirm bonding requirements if the project price is between $25,000 and $100,000. Will a performance / payment bond be required for this project if pricing falls in this range? a. No Bond required.
