Can you also please clarify the due date, both of the ITB say due Thursday July 8th but July 8 is a Wednesday. a. BID DUE DATE IS Wednesday July 8, 2026 at 1:30 pm 2. Also, can you clarify if bid bonds are required on these? Under Special terms and conditions it says no, but on the General Conditions it says 5% bond is required. a. No Bid Bonds are required 3. "Bid Proposal Page" is not in the downloads for the painting, nor the windows and doors. Should there be one included with those as is with the other two? a.
