Answer: Radiant heat for all parts of the building Question Is 8” of concrete required Answer: 6” concrete in shop area and 4” concrete in Office Question: Who pays for power fees on the project Answer: Contractor is responsible for all fees Questions: The utilities room is going to have all the electrical equipment? Answers: All equipment will be in the utilities room with the exception of wall mount heater can be on backside of the work shop Questions: Is the County waiving Water & Sewage Fees? Answers: Equipment cost will be on the contractor. The County will take the liabilities for TAP Fees. Questions: Warranty on the building Answers: (2) two years on material and equipment and (1) One year on workmanship Questions: City Water/ sewer/ gas at the site?
