Notice to Respondents The Request for Proposal (RFP) is modified as set forth in this Addendum. This addendum shall hereby be made as part of the RFP documents and is issued to change, amplify, or delete from or otherwise explain these documents where provisions of this addendum differ from those of the original documents. This addendum shall have precedence over the original documents and shall govern. The following changes have been made to the RFP: 1) PBPN will not require the GPS locating data from the equipment per Attachment “A” Scope of work section 3.c.ii.2.c. a. Vendor will be required to work with PBPN CMD staff as to marking the route of the installation or leaving trenches open for PBPN CMD staff to use their equipment to record all GPS locations of the underground installations. 2) All bids to be received by 9/24/2026. CONFIDENTIALITY The Contractor shall maintain all non-public information secured in connection with any contract with PBPN in strict confidence, with disclosure only to individuals as needed to perform under the contract and on a needto-know basis.
