ADDENDUM NO. 001 Project: Campus-wide Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution Date: 7/15/26 Subject: Revision to Federal Compliance & Regulatory Requirements This addendum forms a part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and modifies the original requirements as follows: 4. Federal Compliance & Regulatory Requirements DELETE Sections 4.1 and 4.2 in their entirety. [REMOVED] 4.1 Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) Compliance [Text removed] [REMOVED] 4.2 Certified Payroll & Weekly Reporting [Text removed] REPLACE Section 4.3 and 4.4 to stand as the revised guidelines for this project: 4.1 SAM.gov Registration Vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and provide their Unique Entity ID (UEI). 4.2 Federal Funding Terms (2 CFR 200) Work must comply with Uniform Administrative Requirements for federal grants, including procurement standards and "Buy American" preferences where applicable.
