This project will include the design for the reconstruction of N Adams St from N Jackson to W 1st St and the reconstruction of W 2nd St from Washington St to N Adams St. This project improvements will consist of replacing the pavement, sidewalk, water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. This project will narrow the current width of Adams St to allow diagonal parking and sidewalk on both sides, landscaping and traffic calming amenities. The design for 2nd St will provide for diagonal parking, landscaping and traffic calming amenities to allow for a plaza effect within the corridor.
