The City of Mount Vernon seeks Statements of Qualifications from multidisciplinary, highly qualified companies and/or individuals (hereinafter consultant) to provide professional services required to prepare an active transportation and safety plan for the City. The active transportation and safety plan will recommend and develop a city-specific program of policies, local codes and standards, and capital project improvements to the City’s transportation network, informed by community engagement.
