METRO RTA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide approximately 100 Driver Protective Barriers (hereafter referred to as “Driver Protective Systems (DPS)” or "barriers") to retrofit to Gillig buses manufactured from 2012 through 2024. METRO RTA utilizes one (1) bus maintenance facility located within the city limits, which house the designated buses for this project. The location address is 416 Kenmore Blvd., Akron OH, 44301.
