Accessory Dwelling Unit Master Plans

Description

The County of Yuba Community Development and Services Agency is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms and individuals experienced in the preparation of accessory dwelling unit (ADU) master plans.It is highly desirable for consultant firm(s) to prepare a bid that separately presents pricing for the County to assume ownership of each set of ADU plans with unlimited uses, and a separate bid that follows the “hybrid bid” process as listed below. When including hybrid bid pricing, please list the pricing for 1-50; 51-100; 101-150; and 151-200 uses of each set of plans. The County reserves the right to elect to exercise either the purchase bid, or the hybrid bid process for any or all of the ADU plans submitted by consultant firm(s). Consultant firm(s) are also requested to include columns listing the price to renew either the purchase bid or the hybrid bid for one or two building code revision cycles.
