ADDENDUM TO RFP DOCUMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Three Rivers Community Schools Access Control and Physical Security 2021 ADDENDUM IDENTIFIER: B DATE OF ADDENDUM: March 22, 2021 To All Potential Bidders: This addendum revises specific elements of the previously issued bid documents and hereby becomes part of the bid documents identified as Three Rivers Community Schools Network Infrastructure​ RFP. ​ Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession. Per the RFP, Section 1.8.1, the Bidder must acknowledge receipt of addenda by signing and returning with the original RFP documents. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to insure receipt of any addenda. Failure to submit a signed addendum may result in rejection of a proposal. Revisions: Additions: - None. Changes: - None. A: Emailed to vendors which attended mandatory walkthrough. Q: Can I get the version of Lenel software currently in use at the 5 locations? A: As stated in the RFP under Section 46.3.6 - OnGuard 7.4. Q: We have a question regarding section 15.1 Description of Approach and 15.2 How the project will be organized. Do you have a Gantt Chart spelling out the individual schools construction schedule or the other disciplines completion timetable? We feel that this is also essential to the planning requirements we will be putting forth in section 17. A: Emailed to vendors which attended the mandatory walkthrough. These are guidelines and only an approximate timeline. Q: Also could you explain the expectation in section 21.3 Detailed And Annotated Copy of the RFP? A: Section 48.21.3 indicates that a copy of the RFP may be included in the response with particular notations on a per section basis from the vendor whether exceptions or acknowledgements of section. Q: Is ​ it a correct assumption that you want door contacts on all the exterior doors as marked in the drawing? A: Use the maps as a guideline.
