ADDENDUM TO RFP DOCUMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Three Rivers Community Schools Access Control and Physical Security 2021 ADDENDUM IDENTIFIER: A DATE OF ADDENDUM: March 15, 2021 To All Potential Bidders: This addendum revises specific elements of the previously issued bid documents and hereby becomes part of the bid documents identified as Three Rivers Community Schools Network Infrastructure​ RFP. ​ Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession. Per the RFP, Section 1.8.1, the Bidder must acknowledge receipt of addenda by signing and returning with the original RFP documents. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to insure receipt of any addenda. Failure to submit a signed addendum may result in rejection of a proposal. Revisions: Additions: - None. Changes: - 48.10. 1 A completed and signed copy of the bid price summary (Attachment H) shall be included with all bids (Before this stated section 66 which was old terminology for this section) Removals: - None. A: The ​ district is choosing to stay with specifications as identified in the RFP - Appendix A. An alternative may be proposed as part of vendor response. Q: How ​ many card readers do you have active in the Lenel system right now? ​ A: 103 ​ / 128 licensed readers. Start Of March 11, 2021 Walkthrough Q & A General Questions: Q: In Regards to the existing hardware integration of the entrance Access Control. Will these locations receive new readers? A: Yes, review each building Scope of Work Q: Does all the parts in the existing integration need to be reused? A: Everything to make the entrance functional. Q: Can other components be suggested for the front entrance? A: Yes, please review 46.3 Q: Are any doors being replaced in the buildings? A: Vendor is not responsible for door replacement. Please see Scope of Work and RFP - Appendix A. Q: Where will the wires be located in the doors? A: Review Appendix A Q: What Video Management System is the district on? A: VMS is Milestone XProtect Professional+ 19R2. VMS is outside the scope of this RFP. Q: If any new cable is needed for the intercom integration will we need to provide it? A: Yes the access control vendor will be responsible for intercom extensions.
