Under direction from the Public Defender, provide criminal defense representation, advice and assistance to indigent persons on cases eligible for AB 109 funding; perform case investigation, trial preparation and trial presentation, and perform related work as required; report to the public defender's office as directed; track and maintain accurate case information and retain all case files following County guidelines.
