It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the sex offender management treatment program services in accordance with the CASOMB approved Containment Model. The County intends to award a one-year contract (with the option to renew up to 5 years) to a pool of Bidders selected as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidders whose response meets the County's requirements.
