This project will include the right of way services for purchasing temporary easements and ROW acquisitions for a municipal roadway improvement project on 90th Street in Papillion. It will consist of 28 Tracts for temporary easements and 3 tracts for ROW acquisition. Services requested include Title Services / appraisal reports for each property for just compensation, document preparation and administrative services, negotiations, acquiring required paperwork, record keeping, and all other documentation necessary to obtain easements/acquisitions for the City. The proposer will follow Nebraska Department of Transportation procedures for right of way services and negotiations.
