Description

Modaxo provides essential services to the Parking Division of a proprietary system for parking enforcement and violation processing systems. Their products have been extensively customized and will meet our needs to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the Parking Division. Based on above, the City’s Chief Procurement Officer approved a Sole Source Determination for this vendor. For citation issuing services, processing and reporting, a back-office management system, notices and correspondence, collections, and customer service. The City shall pay the Contractor the total compensation not to exceed $937,330.02 for the four-year base term of this Contract. The total compensation should the City exercise all five option years plus the base term will not exceed $2,489,833.42. The Parties may, upon mutual agreement, extend the term up to five times in one-year increments by written amendment, the option years, with the total term not to exceed nine years in duration.
