Facilities Division is requesting a SOW determination for the following: • BRAIN Core Software version upgrades over the duration of the subscription period of three years• Basic Maintenance includes scheduled and ad hoc software releases addressing bugs and releasing patches over the duration of the subscription period of three years NOTE: The BRAIN software is currently being used by the City and proprietary to GridWatch (see attached proposal).
